- new `EXTRA_FILES` docker build args to specify directory to be copied at
/extra
- run `${SERVICE}/entrypoint.sh` as docker entry point
- added src/empty folder to so if EXTRA_FILES isn't set => use empty
folder (since no conditional COPY)
